The WRHR is an off-trail route through the Wind River Range in Wyoming, loosely following the Continental Divide between Big Sandy Lodge and Elkhart Park. The area contains more than 40 glaciers and is one of the most spectacular alpine landscapes in the American West. Carries Wyoming’s highest peak, Gannett Peak.
